HT-20L trench-less directional drilling rig adopts full hydraulic and high intensity rubber track. The machine is mounted on a diesel engine, a truck-Mounted extension guide, a mud mixing pump, and a rotary head. It is convenient to move in urban areas. It's also widely used in the city or outside trench-less pipe-laying.
Characteristics:
Two-speed carriage and rotary power head is in favor of mixing soil in the hole and improving the success rate and working efficiency.
Heavy-duty Hydraulic rotary power head adopts rock drill head. It can bear a larger impact load and it is more suitable for dry or wet drilling and improves lifetime in dry or wet drilling.
The carriage with rollers reduces the friction and improves the lifetime of extension guide.
Pushing mounting plate of shoe is wheel mode, which can decrease friction force and increase lifetime of extension guide.
Rotary power head is three Hydraulic motors, which synchronize to drive main shaft, moreover, they run steadily, high rotary torque, and match with pullback reasonably.
Feeding carriage has a clearance to protect the drill rods threads and prolongs the life.
Hydraulic auger anchor device saves labor force and increase efficiency
Two hydraulic clamps makes up and ending of drill rods more effective.
Optionally independent system: mud mixing system.
Optionally available stress devices make pullback come up to 32t, which use in deal with drilling rod urgently.
